The lodge has a lovely rustic charm and is located conveniently close to Big Bear's attractions. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, especially the fire pits and BBQ areas. However, the cabin we stayed in had thin walls, and we heard our neighbors quite clearly. The Wi-Fi was poor, and we felt the service could improve regarding communication.

My stay was quite enjoyable at the resort, with clean and cozy cabins nestled among beautiful landscaping. However, the thin walls made for a somewhat noisy experience, and I wish there were more amenities like accurate temperature gauges on the BBQs. Overall, I appreciated the effort they put into maintaining the grounds and ensuring guests had access to fun activities.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It was super quiet and perfect for our women's motorcycle riding group. Our cabins were spacious and beautifully designed, with access to outdoor spaces that made our evenings delightful. However, the cleanliness of the pool could use some improvement, and certain parts of the facility felt a bit dated. Overall, I loved the unique atmosphere and would definitely return!
